Council 1375 has for many years maintained the section of US 101 near Laetitia Vineyard and Winery. The 4th Saturday of the month is the scheduled day. Workers meet at 8 AM behind St. Pat's Hall at the BBQ to get equipment and instructions. Contact Ed Cardoza (805)270-6047 for more information.

It has been a tradition of Council 1375 to recognize all veterans of the military at a dinner in October. This meal is provided free to all veterans and their spouses/significant others.

In the Fall, the council works with St. Patrick School to sponsor one of the Supreme Council's Faith in Action Community Programs. These programs encourage youth to become citizens grounded in their faith.
Supporting People with Intellectual Disabilities
Supporting People with Intellectual Disabilities
Each year the council participates in the California State Council "Tootsie Roll Drive" to solicit donations for Special Olympics in San Luis Obispo County by handing out Tootsie Rolls outside local businesses and at St. Patrick's Church.
